As an accomplished leader and active contributor to a variety of organizations and programs, Roshanda takes a pride in inspiring and enabling personal development in those around her. Roshanda holds bachelor's and master’s degrees in aeronautical science.
Alexus Hunter
Co-founder and CIO
Alexus Hunter is the Co-founder and CIO of RALLi Technologies, LLC. She is a creative innovator with passion for solving complex problems. She currently works in the prestigious Information Technology Early Career Foundation Program of a leading global aerospace company where she has contributed as a computing architect, a full-stack developer for a mobile application, and a project manager.
Alexus holds a bachelor's degree in information technology.

LaDonna is a technology enthusiast with thirty
years of information technology experience spanning hardware infrastructure, process architecture, development, and cyber security.
LaDonna holds a bachelor's degree in information technology with a concentration in information

Lese Howard

Lesia is an entrepreneur with an extensive background in leadership, product management, project/program management, and software development.
Her personal experience of discrimination in the workplace was the genesis of the concept for RALLi.
Lesia holds a bachelor’s degree in information technology, master’s degree in management, and project management professional (PMP) certification.
