The software ensures candidates (end users) are selected fairly for interviews without discrimination and prejudice by eliminating biases that prevent unfair hiring practices. The software provides data analytics to select, and track candidates’ qualifications for positions when applicants apply via application, upload resumes and/or cover letters. 

• Quickly evaluates and assesses the candidates experience against job requisition requirements

• Matches information for interviews.  If the applicant (candidate) is a match, the hiring manager, HR representative, and/or focal point are notified of the matches.

• Extends invitations to qualified candidates based on customers or candidates (end user) preferences to interview.

• Disqualified candidates are notified that they were not selected for an interview.

•  Data analytics are applied to track all candidates' non-unconscious bias information provided in their application, resume, and or cover letter.

Parses resume and application information to hide candidate’s information that can cause disruptive hiring such as race, ethnicity, gender, sexual orientation, name, etc

• Upon purchase and product delivery, RALLi Technologies will formally and verbally thank customers for their business by email and letter to assure customers of our business commitment and appreciation. Our contact information will be provided to our customers for questions about their purchase, providing help with installation, as well as, keeping customers abreast of additional products and services, and exclusive discounts for repeated sales. RALLi Technologies will  personally contact customers periodically to exchange pleasantries to build relationships and a loyal customer base.

There is no current contract with a software supplier.  Once software suppliers such as SAP and Oracle are secured, specialized production packages will be negotiated.
